Quality Assurance (Clyde)

- Developing daily quality systems and certification processes for the factory.
- Managing and ensuring the daily quality systems and certification process are adhered to.
- Ensuring the factory complies with HACCP protocols and the requirements of our clients.
- Ensuring the maintenance of all hygiene certifications for the factory.
- Directly managing the pasteuriser.
- Essential requirement for pasteuriser operation experience.
- Ensuring procedures are in place to ensure the thorough cleaning of the production machinery and worksite.
- Maintaining cleaning and swab testing records.
- Representing the factory at client and authority audits of the production plant.
- Ensuring that local and interstate order transportation exceeds HACCP and the hygiene standards set by the clients.
- Essential requirement for dairy industry experience.
- Inspecting, assembling and operating various machinery to ensure quality and secure production of dairy products.
- Maintaining and documenting production batches in accordance with HACCP and the NSW Food Authority on a daily basis.
- Minimum 3-5 years of quality assurance experience required.
