Retail Manager (Auburn)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Retail Manager** to oversee the operations of our retail store and contribute to the continued growth of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**As Retail Manager, you will:

- Determine the product mix, stock levels, and service standards for a diverse range of sound systems, home theatres, and entertainment products.
- Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, including setting competitive pricing strategies.
- Promote and advertise Digital Cinema’s retail and online offerings through effective campaigns.
- Sell goods and services directly to customers and provide expert advice on product use, compatibility, and installation.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and financial transactions.
- Undertake budgeting, sales forecasting, and financial management for the retail store.
- Control the selection, training, and supervision of sales staff to ensure robust product knowledge and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- A Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent).
- Minimum of **1+ years’ experience** as a Retail Manager or Supervisor, preferably in consumer electronics, home entertainment, or related industries.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability in stock management, budgeting, and retail sales strategies.
- Passion for home entertainment technology and the ability to stay up to date with the latest products.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year
