Quality Assurance Manager Clyde

Bekaa Dairy Products Pty Ltd is a family-owned Australian company which provides premium quality gourmet dairy products throughout Australia.

Given the needs of the business, we require a Quality Assurance Manager to join our busy team. The successful candidate will be required to work out of our premises in Granville, NSW.

The duties and responsibilities of the position include:

§ Developing daily quality systems and certification processes for the factory.

§ Managing and ensuring the daily quality systems and certification processes are adhered to.

§ Ensuring the factory complies with HACCP protocols and the requirements of our clients.

§ Ensuring the maintenance of all hygiene certifications for the factory.

§ Directly managing the pasteuriser.

§ Ensuring procedures are in place to ensure the thorough cleaning of the production machinery and worksite.

§ Maintaining cleaning and swab testing records.

§ Representing the factory at client and authority audits of the production plant.

§ Ensuing that local and interstate order transportation exceeds HACCP and the hygiene standards set by clients.

§ Inspecting, assembling and operating various machinery to ensure quality and secure production of dairy products.

§ Maintaining and documenting production batches in accordance with HACCP and the NSW Food Authority on a daily basis.

We offer a competitive remuneration of between $80,000.00 and $85,000.00 per annum excluding superannuation.

The successful candidate will have the following:

§ Bachelor Degree and two (2) years of full time relevant work experience; OR

§ Five (5) years, relevant full time work experience.

The successful candidate must also be passionate, proactive and have an eye for detail as well as an ability to work with minimal supervision.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
