With strong demand and a rapidly expanding workload, we are looking to grow our switchboard manufacturing team. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Fitter/Assembler with modular switchboard building experience to join our production team. You will be involved in the full assembly process of industrial switchboards from start to finish. About the Opportunity This role offers long‑term stability, an immediate start, and genuine opportunities to progress into supervisory and leadership positions as our division continues to grow. Key Responsibilities
- Assembly and fitting of switchgear, wiring, and busbar systems for electrical switchboards, control panels, and meter boards
- Mounting of components and control wiring
- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and control wiring diagrams
- Busbar fabrication including bending, punching, and assembly
- Ensuring all work meets relevant electrical standards and internal quality requirements What We’re Looking For
- Experience in modular switchboard manufacturing
- Strong ability to read and interpret schematics
- Solid understanding of electrical standards
- Motivated, reliable, and committed to high‑quality workmanship
