This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in full house joinery design and interior design, who enjoys coordinating between clients and an overseas design team. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key point of communication between clients and our overseas design team in China
- Host design meetings, take detailed meeting notes, and track follow-up actions
- Conduct on-site meetings and collect project-specific information
- Participate in material selections, design consultations, showroom support, and general interior design tasks
- Assist in preparing and coordinating design documentation throughout the project lifecycle Requirements
- Full-time availability and ability to work from our Silverwater office
- Holds a valid driver’s license and is able to travel independently to sites for measurements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in joinery design and/or interrior design related fields
- Fluent in spoken and written English; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
