As Site Manager at Brandon, you’ll take full ownership of site operations, leading from the front to ensure safety, quality and production targets are met.

This is a practical, hands‑on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being on site, working with their team and keeping the plant running safely and efficiently.

This role contributes by: Leading day‑to‑day site and manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery targets Maintaining a safe working setting and ensuring compliance Driving plant performance through continuous improvement and productive work practices Leading, mentoring and working alongside the site team to deliver reliable outcomes Identifying and resolving operational issues quickly, with a practical, solution‑focused approach

About you: You’re an experienced operations or site leader with a strong hands‑on background You enjoy being on the floor, leading by example and working alongside your team Safety is second nature to you, and you take pride in maintaining a compliant, well‑run site You’re practical, organised and comfortable making decisions in a fast‑paced setting You prefer action over admin and are confident running day‑to‑day operations with minimal paperwork Experience in manufacturing, bulk handling, feed or a similar industrial environment is highly regarded
