**About Lake Dewar Discovery Camp**

Lake Dewar Discovery Camp is an adventure camp located just 60 minutes from Melbourne, and managed by Y Discovery Camps. Nearby to the Werribee River and surrounding gorges, and catering to schools and groups year-round, the team at Lake Dewar Discovery Camp run a variety of programs and activities to suit every group, from stand-up paddle boarding, canoeing and raft building, to a relaxing spot of fishing. Featuring lakeside apartments and a plethora of indoor and outdoor facilities and full catering options, Lake Dewar Discovery Camp is a perfect place to explore the excellent outdoors.

**About the Role**

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will work within the catering team to ensure all campers receive delicious meals during their stay. You will be responsible for:

- Preparing and providing food for campers, including the coordination of special diets
- Assembling and preparing ingredients as required
- Upholding the values of the Y at all times
