Laboratory Technician (Maddingley)

**LABORATORY TECHNICIAN**

We are currently looking for a **Laboratory Technician** to join our team at our Boviteq Blue Box location in Maddingley, VIC. In this role, you will be part of a energetic team responsible for the positive and professional relationships Semex & Boviteq have built with our global customers, breeders, distributors, and partners.

**What you will do**:

- Participate in the Embryo Production process
- Maturation, fertilization, and culture of bovine oocytes.

- Freezing, grading, and packaging of embryos for shipment.

- Comply with production SOPs and schedules.
- Maintain and monitor materials, equipment and data entry.

**What you need to be successful**:

- Degree in Biotechnologies or diploma required.

- Knowledge of microscopes, pipetting, and aseptic techniques.

- Experience in a production laboratory under sterile conditions.
- Must be a team player

Pay: $60,000.00
- $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
