We are looking for a culinary creator to lead our commercial-style kitchen and nourish the next generation! Step into a professional, commercial-style kitchen designed for excellence. You will be operating from 7.30am to 4pm and will have the autonomy to design, prepare, and deliver vibrant, balanced, and nutritional menus for 110 curious little foodies. - Plan and prepare daily meals in line with nutrition guidelines and centre requirements
- Cater to diverse dietary needs with confidence and care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment
- Engage with children and educators to promote healthy eating habits
- Build genuine connections with families and create sense of community What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery OR
- Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent
- Food Safety Certificate
- A current Working with Children Check
- Strong understanding of diverse dietary requirements and food sensitivities
- Australian Working Rights
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Experience in menu creation, bulk meal preparation, online ordering, stock management, and budget control
- Proven experience in commercial cooking
