We are currently seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our clients Business Development Team on a 6-month temporary contract . This role is ideal for a results-driven qualified with strong relationship-building skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience driving client growth and revenue outcomes. - $50PH + Super, Weekly Pay
- West Victoria (Williamstown, Altona, Werribee, Geelong, Warrnambool, Bacchus Marsh/Maddingley) As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships across veterinary clinics and related partners within the West Victoria region. You will work closely with clients to maintain strong engagement, identify growth opportunities, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients across the West Victoria territory
- Identify and secure opportunities for client growth and revenue generation
- Achieve sales and revenue targets in line with business objectives
- Provide ongoing support, training, and service updates to clients
- Monitor market activity and identify opportunities to strengthen market presence Requirements
- Proven experience in relationship management, business development, or account management
- Demonstrated success in client growth and achieving revenue or sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently across a geographically diverse territory
- Valid driver's licence required What We Offer
