Don Watson Transport is family owned and operated and is one of Australia's leading refrigerated logistics companies offering a diverse range of transport and refrigerated storage solutions. We are currently seeking to engage a diligent and conscientious individual to provide support to the Administration Team. This role provides general coverage across the department and therefore tasks will vary from week to week.
- Where: Bacchus Marsh
- Hours of Work: 38 hours per week
- Approximate hourly rate of $28 per hour
- Please note that this role is 100% office based. There is no working from home option.

**Overview of Main Responsibilities.**
- Administrative tasks associated with the preparation of customer invoices including checking driver worksheets and associated paperwork (connotes and pallet dockets)
- Scanning and filing PODs
- Responding to customer POD queries
- Sorting and collating driver worksheets
- Assist with pallet processing tasks
- Archiving records
- Other general administration including of data entry, answering phones, filing etc.

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**:

- Experience in Transport industry would be highly regarded
- Accuracy and timeliness of data input
- High attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility and aptitude to adapt to changing workloads and varying operational pressures.
