AssetPoint supports clients through a holistic property investment approach, including educational workshops, market research, property investment strategy, property management support, mortgage broker coordination, and ongoing client portfolio assistance. The team continuously researches the Australian property market to identify suitable investment opportunities and provide informed recommendations to clients. Due to continued growth, AssetPoint is seeking a full-time Project Administrator to support the administration, coordination, documentation, and reporting of its property investment programs, client projects, market research activities, workshops, and related support services. Duties and Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to AssetPoint’s property investment programs, client projects, and support services.
- Coordinating communication between clients, internal teams, mortgage brokers, property managers, consultants, and external service providers.
- Supporting the team by raising, tracking, and following up on project tasks, service requests, and stakeholder requirements.
- Maintaining accurate project records, client files, reports, correspondence, and service documentation.
- Coordinating meetings, client appointments, educational workshops, schedules, and project updates.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying delays or issues, and reporting updates to management.
- Assisting with preparation of project reports, internal documents, meeting notes, and submissions.
- Supporting finance and administration teams with invoice records, project expenses, and budget tracking.
- Ensuring all project documentation and administrative processes are completed accurately and in line with operational procedures. Skills and Experience Required Applicants must have:
- A relevant Diploma or Advanced Diploma.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in project administration.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage project documentation, reports, schedules, records, and correspondence.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients, internal staff, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, deadlines, meetings, and project activities.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and preparing reports.
- Ability to collect, organise, and analyse project or service-related information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team. What We Offer
