Role Description The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Bacchus Marsh, VIC location, ensuring efficient workflow, outstanding customer service, and adherence to company standards. Key responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing inventory, coordinating deliveries, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and optimizing branch performance. This is a full-time, on-site position. Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, and process optimization for efficient operations.
- Solid customer service and communication skills to build relationships and provide expert guidance.
- Proficiency in using business management tools and technology to streamline operations.
- Knowledge of building and garden supply industries or related fields is advantageous.
