- PNG International Rotation Condor Energy Services continues to support Australian partners as an equipment supplier to projects including those based in PNG. This is a project-based casual opportunity supporting a broader operational mobilisation focused on delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality drilling performance within a well-established operational environment. The project is seeking experienced Assistant Drillers for a major international mobilisation to Papua New Guinea, supporting the development of a high-performing crew for this project. The project is supported by established infrastructure, experienced leadership, and a structured mobilisation framework designed to enable crews to focus on operational performance in a remote international setting. About The Role
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of drilling operations
- Supervising and supporting floorhands and rig crew to maintain efficient workflow
- Operating drilling equipment under the direction of the Driller
- Following and promoting site safety procedures, including participation in well control and emergency response activities
- Maintaining accurate records relating to drilling activities, equipment inspections, and safety reporting What's on Offer

- Previous experience as an Assistant Driller within the oil & gas or resources sector
- Strong understanding of drilling operations, equipment, and safety systems
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in remote and logistically complex environments
- Willingness to mobilise internationally at short noticeEligibility to obtain and maintain valid work rights for Papua New Guinea
