ConstructClean is growing and looking for reliable, hard-working cleaners to join our team working on high-end residential and commercial construction projects throughout Ballarat, Melbourne and Geelong.

This is not basic cleaning. We specialise in premium handover and builders cleans for quality builders who expect high standards and defect-free presentation.

Pay: $32.50 – $45.50 per hour with pay review after proven performance

Work conditions:

- Monday to Friday

- Early starts

- Very occasional weekends

- Immediate start available

- Melbourne work at times (transport provided)

- Work on premium residential and commercial projects

- Supportive team workplace

What we need from you:

- Cleaning experience required

- No builders cleaning experience necessary — training provided

- Strong attention to detail

- Reliable and physically fit

- Able to work independently and in a team

- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

- White Card preferred

- Full Australian working rights required
