In the front row seat to all the latest and greatest devices, accessories and perks, including music events from our partners. Providing the best value solutions for customers to fit their lifestyle. Providing support for customers to troubleshoot technical queries and help them confidently use the Vodafone app.

Not a tech expert? We will support you with all the training to level up your knowledge on our energetic and ever evolving industry.

Who are we looking for?

You bring a spark of joy and enthusiasm to every customer interaction. You’re an excellent communicator, adaptable, and excited about technology—keen to learn and keep learning about the latest gadgets and trends. Your positive energy, attentiveness to others, and genuine interest in our products will make you a perfect fit with our team.

Join us with a minimum of 15.25 hours to be worked over a minimum of 3 shifts. We service customers 7 days a week, offering flexibility. In addition to your guaranteed hours, you can let us know additional availability to pick up extra shifts when it works for you.
