- Previous experience in a front office workplace in a busy multi-faceted role.
- Strong leadership ability and strong MS Office skills.
- Excellent customer service skills including presentation, communication and values.
- Prior rostering experience is highly regarded but not essential. What you'll bring You're resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated understanding of the links between the values and mission of the organisation and the facility service delivery.
- Respects the dignity and privacy of residents and keeps confidential information secure.
- Ensures at all times, as much as is practicable, a safe working environment.
- Delegates work as appropriate and provides support and feedback to the Administration Assistant / Receptionist.
- Ensure the values of Mercy Health are incorporated into daily practices in relation to all activities.
- Activities and duties are carried out in line with MH policies and procedures. To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management. The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Required evidence or ongoing acquisition

- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
