Cleaner (Sebastopol)

**Job Vacancy: Cleaner (Including Airbnb Cleaning)**

**Requirements**:

- Experience in cleaning, particularly in Airbnb settings, is preferred.
- Possession of or willingness to obtain an Australian Business Number (ABN).
- Possession of or willingness to obtain a valid police check.
- Flexibility in availability to accommodate various schedules.
- Detail-oriented and take pride in their work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Good communicators who can work well with others.
- Ability to be versatile with scheduling
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment for our guests.
- Changing linen and preparing beds for guest.
- Changing and washing towels, tea towels, etc
- Restocking amenities and supplies to enhance the guest experience.
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues promptly to ensure our properties are in top shape.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth turnovers between guests.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Rotating roster
