About the Role This position is suited to someone looking to build or advance their career in insurance broking within a supportive and qualified environment. You will work closely with an experienced broker to assist in the management of client portfolios while gaining exposure to a broad range of insurance products and industries. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the preparation of quotes, renewals, and policy documentation
- Liaising with insurers to obtain terms, quotes, and key information
- Supporting in the day-to-day management of client portfolios
- Responding to client enquiries and providing ongoing service support
- Processing endorsements, certificates of currency, and policy updates
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Assisting with claims coordination and follow-up as required
- General administration duties About You
- Experience in insurance, administration, or a client service role (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
