The Role We’re after a detail oriented, technically minded Internal Sales Team Member who thrives in a fast moving environment. This isn't retail, and it’s definitely not a call centre. You'll be supporting B2B clients and project teams with quoting, order processing, and technical product enquiries, often under tight deadlines. Expect to:
- Tackle RFQs head-on, figure out what’s needed, and prepare competitive quotes
- Handle technical enquiries, thinking creatively to find the best solutions
- Work with procurement and operations to push through urgent requests
- Follow up quotes and orders, making sure nothing slips through the cracks
- Support Client Relations Managers and Project Managers with account management and project delivery If you'll bring hustle, urgency, and a get it done attitude, you'll feel right at home.
