Haileybury welcomes applications for the role of Video Content Producer to join our Digital Learning team. This is a Full‑Time, Ongoing (1.0 FTE), commencing 1 June 2026. The Video Content Producer will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the School’s digital learning strategy. The role works across a range of projects at Haileybury and Haileybury Pangea with a focus on creating quality educational resources. This position includes 4 weeks of Term Break Leave. Key Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain and enhance Haileybury’s automated recording studios and equipment.
- Produce professional educational videos, including filming, editing, colour grading and motion graphics.
- Record content in studio and classroom settings.
- Develop video guidelines and new content formats, including podcasts.
- Manage all stages of video production, including storyboarding, scriptwriting, graphics and editing.
- Coach and support teachers in creating high-quality video content.
- Live stream special events using multi‑camera and vision mixing setups.
- Maintain production schedules and upload content to Canvas LMS.
- Ensure all content aligns with Haileybury’s brand, Child Safety requirements and consent processes.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, Teaching & Learning and school leadership on content delivery.
- Coordinate video projects with parents, students, staff and stakeholders.
- Create engaging video content for Haileybury Pangea to support reach, engagement and conversions.
- Participate in Haileybury Pangea community events and activities as required.
- Undertake other duties as directed. About You
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capacity to work collaboratively and respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Proven experience in videography and video editing.
- Strong knowledge of pre‑ and post‑production best practice.
- Proficiency in Da Vinci Studio, Adobe Creative Suite (Including After Effects), and developing concepts, storyboards and scripts from briefs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities and tight deadlines.
