Following our recent move into a brand-new purpose-built dealership and with an exciting new brand joining our lineup soon, we are continuing to grow and are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Spare Parts & Accessories Interpreter to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with industry knowledge who enjoys working with customers and has a strong attention to detail while becoming part of an exciting new chapter for our business. About the Role You will be responsible for assisting customers and the workshop team with motorcycle, ATV and UTV spare parts and accessories while delivering a high level of customer service. Your day-to-day duties will include: Interpreting and supplying spare parts and accessories Assisting retail customers both in-store and over the phone Supporting the service department with workshop parts requirements Ordering, receipting and managing stock Maintaining accurate inventory and paperwork Merchandising showroom accessories and displays Processing invoices and customer orders What We’re Looking For The ideal applicant will have: Previous experience in parts interpreting or a similar automotive/motorcycle role Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Good computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment A genuine passion for motorcycles and the industry Experience within the motorcycle industry will be highly regarded, however applicants from automotive or related industries are encouraged to apply.
