ABOUT THE ROLE Are you a team player with a passion for all things digital and a sharp eye for detail? Here’s your chance to join Brandt’s marketing team and make a real impact. As our Design & Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role supporting Marketing Coordinators and stakeholders through the design of various creative materials. You’ll also take the lead on Brandt’s organic content strategy and manage Brandt’s AU and NZ social media, email marketing, on-hold messaging and in-branch TV content, overall supporting our digital communications. If you’re proactive, creative, and highly organised, this could be the perfect role for you. Key Responsibilities
- Take the lead on designing key marketing assets — including collateral, campaign materials, emails and landing pages — while collaborating closely with Brandt’s in-house Graphic Designer to ensure consistency and quality.
- Develop and manage engaging, accessible, and on-brand digital content across multiple platforms.
- Lead the organic social media strategy for Brandt across Australia and New Zealand.
- Manage the content calendar for on-hold messaging and in-branch screens.
- Manage the email marketing platform.
- Work closely with internal teams to support digital content and campaign delivery across:
- EDMs
- Social media channels
- Website updates
- On-hold messages
- In-branch TV’s
- Monitor, analyze and report on key digital metrics — turning insights into actionable recommendations.
- Stay up to date with Australian and New Zealand privacy and digital compliance requirements.
- Assist Marketing Coordinators with advertising submissions to John Deere, including budget tracking. What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, communications or design.
- A curious, self-motivated attitude and a willingness to learn from others.
- Excellent communication skills and a solid team mindset.
- Solid project management skills with sharp attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for digital marketing and the ability to turn data into insight.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office — especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite — including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and XD. (Premiere Pro is a bonus!) Bonus points for
- Digital certifications (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.)
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
- Experience with social media platforms such as HootSuite, Sprout Social, etc.
- Photography and video editing.
