**About the Role**

This role offers the chance to support admin and staff supervision within Grampians Health's Environmental Services Department. You’ll be key to ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service delivery. Perfect for an organized, service-driven individual. Initially a 6-month reliever position, with potential for a permanent, full-time role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with GH policies and infection control procedures
- Administer department reports, staff rosters, and audits
- Supervise and support staff in the Environmental Services team
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in department projects, policies, and cleaning manuals
- Maintain staff files and contribute to departmental quality activities

**Skills & Experience**
- Proficient with computer systems and keying skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take on responsibility
- Demonstrated team player with excellent prioritization skills
- Experience in administration or staff coordination
