Pond Construction Crew (Ballarat)

Bells Water Gardens, located in Bald Hill, between Ballarat & Creswick, is actively seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Pond Construction Crew.

**Job Type**: Full-time **Salary**: Starting wage between $30 per hour for 3 months, then $35 per hour upon acceptance. Wages are reviewed quarterly.

As a Pond Construction Crew Member at Bells Water Gardens, you'll be an integral part of our team dedicated to crafting beautiful ecosystem ponds. Whether you're an experienced professional or just starting in the industry, we welcome individuals with a passion for creating outdoor water features.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the construction team to execute pond construction projects.
- Assist in excavating, moving earth, and creating water features on residential and commercial properties.
- Work with construction equipment, including excavators, bobcats, and Posi-Track loaders.
- Follow project specifications to ensure high-quality results.
- Contribute to the loading and unloading of materials as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Previous experience in landscaping or construction is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, but also you must show initiative to jump in independently.
- Valid manual driver's license is a must.
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects.
- Good communication skills.
- Australian citizenship is a must.

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
