Cleaner (Ballarat)

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Mercy Place Ballarat is an innovative Residential Aged Care facility providing aged care services in a Small Household Living model of care. We require a professional, experienced cleaner to maintain our facility communal and public areas to the highest standard. Join our energetic team and help us make sure every day is the best day for our wonderful residents.
- There are currently positions for casual cleaners
- Located at Mercy Place Ballarat, 60 Corbett St Ballarat East
- Ensure the Aged Care home is cleaned and maintained in accordance with prescribed routines and infection control guidelines.
- _**ABOUT YOU**:

- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant cleaning experience in a large multi-use facility
- Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care in an aged care context
- Experience in Aged Care or Health environment (desirable but not essential)
