Key responsibilities include:
- Answering calls and gathering essential information
- Providing accurate guidance and instructions to callers
- Maintaining composure and calm under pressure
- Entering data and coordinating with other emergency services
- Participating in comprehensive training and ongoing professional development We provide fully paid training from day one, including a Certificate III in Public Safety (Emergency Communications Centre Operations) after consolidation.
