Insurance Broker Account Manager Take the next step in your broking career Ready to move beyond processing and start building real client relationships? At Streamline Insurance, we’re looking for an Account Manager who has some experience in the industry and is ready to step up—take ownership, build confidence, and develop into a trusted broker. This is a great opportunity for someone currently working in a support, assistant, or junior broking role who wants more responsibility and a transparent path forward. About the Role You’ll work closely with a senior broker while managing your own portfolio of clients across commercial and domestic risks. This is not just an admin role—we’ll support you to develop your technical skills, build client relationships, and grow into a fully-fledged broker over time. What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of clients and supporting their ongoing insurance needs
- Handling renewals, endorsements, and policy changes end-to-end
- Preparing renewal reports and client summaries
- Liaising with insurers to negotiate terms and secure competitive outcomes
- Assisting with new business and remarketing risks
- Providing day-to-day advice and support to clients
- Identifying opportunities to improve client coverage and outcomes About You You’ve already started your insurance career and want to accelerate it.
- 1–3+ years’ experience in insurance broking or a similar role
- Exposure to commercial or domestic policies (or both)
- Familiar with renewals, endorsements, and insurer interactions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with clients
- Keen to take ownership and build a long-term career in broking Bonus (not essential):
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualifications (or working towards)
- Experience with SME clients or mixed portfolios What We Offer
