Cook - Part-time (Ballarat)

About the Role We are looking for a Cook to join our team at Estia Health, a provider of high‑quality, person‑centred aged‑care services across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria. Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Chef to assist with kitchen management.
- Tailor meals to meet individual residents’ preferences and dietary requirements.
- Ensure residents receive healthy, nutritious and delicious meals.
- Support the broader kitchen team to deliver a memorable dining experience.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety standards.
- Assist in menu planning and appetite monitoring for residents.
- Shift hours: Tuesday to Friday, 12:30–17:30H, both weeks.
- Provide evidence of a current influenza vaccination as required during the influenza season. Qualifications
- A CertificateIII in Commercial Cookery.
- Great communication and documentation skills.
- Some experience within a commercial kitchen; aged‑care experience is highly regarded.
- Experience with a broad range of cuisines and dietary requirements to meet social, spiritual and cultural needs of residents. Benefits
