Sales Administration Coordinator (Ballarat)

Responsibilities Generate contractual documentation in a timely manner while ensuring a high level of accuracy. Display leadership values by ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the sales site. Be the face and heart of the business through interactions. Maintain and audit premium inventory levels, and review weekly inventory reports. Serve as the voice of the team through communications with internal and external stakeholders. Act as a key contact for the Sales Team by accurately recording information regarding guest flow, booking numbers, and team details. Balance recurring and ad‐hoc administration duties such as data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with cash handling and transaction procedures. Qualifications High level of energy and self‐motivation. Robust customer‐service values and focus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and knowledge of CRM systems.
