What you'll be responsible for

Ensure water and wastewater quality exceeds regulatory and contractual standards

Optimise treatment processes through data analysis and innovative solutions

Lead technical investigations and implement process improvements

Champion sustainability initiatives to reduce chemical and energy consumption

Mentor operations teams and provide expert technical guidance

Support business development and engage with industry organisations

What you'll need to be successful

Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Chemical, Process, Environmental, or related discipline)

Experience in water or wastewater treatment operations

Understanding of Australian Drinking Water Guidelines and environmental legislation

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
