Customer Service Assistant - Ballina

Beefy's are currently on the lookout for a Customer Service Assistant for our Ballina Store. Beefy's are a well established multi award winning business with 16 boutique Pie Bakery Cafes in South East Queensland & NSW. Our friendly team have a reputation for high quality products and excellent customer service. For this position, previous experience is preferred in the food service/retail industry. As we are open 7 days, applicants will have Monday to Sunday availability including during school hours. The position involves working a rotating roster with a range of shifts including opening and closing shifts between the hours of 4am and 7pm. Due to the early morning start times your own transport is essential. Duties will include:
- Ensuring excellence in Customer Service as the number 1 priority
- Eftpos & cash handling transactions
- Coffee making
- Ensuring service areas are maintained to the highest standards and store is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Product presentation & preparation
- Achieving store KPI's
- Opening & Closing of store
- Assist the Manager with supervision of juniors Preferred Attributes:
