The Opportunity: We're seeking a motivated Senior Civil Engineer to lead our team in delivering impactful projects. This role offers a blend of mentoring, design, and project management, with opportunities for growth and leadership. You'll work on diverse projects, from residential subdivisions to complex stormwater management plans, both in-office and on-site. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead civil engineering designs, reviews, and project management for land development and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct site inspections and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to meet client expectations.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Stay ahead with technological advances and apply innovative solutions.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development through tenders and proposals. Skills & Experience:
- Essential: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 7+ years in Australian consulting, expertise in stormwater drainage, DRAINS, MUSIC, OSD, WSUD, QGIS, and local regulatory knowledge.
- Desirable: CPEng registration, TUFLOW, HEC-RAS, XP-RAFTS, EPANet2, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D skills. What We Offer:
