Landscape Gardener Team Leader (Ballina)

We are a thriving Lawn & Garden maintenance company looking for green thumbs and keen gardeners to join the company as a team leader. You will be responsible for maintaining our clients gardens to a high standard. Identifying issues and coming up with ideas and plans to continually improve.

The ideal applicant will possess exceptional attention to detail. Have an ability to work cooperatively in a team workplace and pass on knowledge to peers. Follow instruction & show initiative. Be physically fit and well presented.

Remuneration will be negotiated around qualifications, experience & demonstrated abilities.
