Endeavor is a major underground silver/lead/zinc mine, located 40km north-west of Cobar in Central-West NSW. Since then, Polymetals has delivered an initial 10-year mine plan, secured two US $20million (A$30million) loan facilities, and has begun 24/7 concentrate production. It’s an exciting time for the Cobar region, with significant employment opportunities on the market for Endeavor Mine, one of Australia’s major base metals mines. The Role We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to support the mobile maintenance team at Endeavor. You will play a critical role in developing, coordinating and optimising short and medium‑term maintenance plans for surface and underground mobile equipment across site.
- Develop and schedule maintenance plans for the mobile department using Pronto .
- Coordinate with supervisors and trades teams to ensure work orders are prioritised and resourced efficiently.
- Track and update compliance, backlog, and outstanding work order KPIs.
- Maintain accurate asset information, BOMs and maintenance documentation.
- Identify planning and process improvement opportunities across departments.
- Support shutdown coordination and execution with detailed work packs and schedules.
- Maintain accurate records, work reports, and performance data for continuous improvement. Qualifications
- Trade or engineering qualification
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner in mining or heavy industry
- High level efficiency using Pronto for planning and scheduling
- Robust previous experience using Pronto (CMMS)
- Ideally exposure with mobile plant (not essential) Benefits
