Process Manufacturing Team Member - Full Training Provided …, Alstonville

Orion Blinds is a locally owned **wholesale blinds and awnings manufacturer** based in Alstonville/Wollongbar. We are currently seeking to hire a **Process Manufacturing Team Member**to join our growing production team.

This is a **hands-on manufacturing role** with full on-the-job training provided. Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar role is preferred but **not essential**.

**About the Role**:

- General process and production manufacturing duties
- Be trained in multiple roles across internal blinds production
- Pay reviews as skills develop across different roles
- Operating equipment and machinery (training provided)
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
- Maintaining quality and safety standards

**About You**:

- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a production or manufacturing workplace
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Looking for **long-term, stable employment**

**Hours & Benefits**:

- **Monday to Thursday**: Full-time hours
- **Friday**: Half day (early finish
- no weekends!)
- Overtime available during peak periods
