**About Us** Complete Garden Solutions is a well-established property maintenance and landscaping company delivering high-quality lawn, garden, and external care services across the Northern Rivers. We work with residential, commercial, and aged-care clients, providing reliable and professional service every time.

**The Role** We’re looking for a motivated and dependable team member to join us in an **offside / support role**, assisting with day-to-day property maintenance tasks. This position suits someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and is keen to grow within the business.

There is **potential to work more independently in the future**, for the right person. This may require access to a **ute or a vehicle with towing capacity** as responsibilities increase.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Current driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle (ute or towing-capable vehicle preferred; required for future independent work)
- ABN (for subcontractors)
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in mowing, trimming, hedging, and general garden maintenance (preferred but not essential)
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
