Production Worker Assembly (Ballina)

Due to continued growth, we are expanding our production team with multiple opportunities for both component production and assembly line fitters.

Located in the stunning Northern Rivers region we enjoy an idyllic lifestyle with Australia's best beaches, rainforest national parks and quality schools in the area and only 20 minutes from Byron Bay.

About the role

Production Line Worker

You will be responsible for secure production, quality and delivery of products in full and on time. We seek an individual who provides quality, is organised, can work to a deadline and who ideally has manufacturing experience in a production environment and understands continuous improvement.

The role will be in the construction of one of our high end off road models build onsite in Ballina and shipped all over the country and internationally!
- Desirable Skills_
- 12v Electrical Knowledge or experience
- Hand Tools experience including drills, impact drivers, grinders
- Construction experience any kind
- Canvas experience or willing to learn
- Fibreglass experience (any) or willing to learn

Skills and experience

Training and guidance will be provided for each position.

Pay: $22.80
- $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ballina, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
