Store Manager – Full Time (38 hrs/week) Ballina | Chicken Mania

We're looking for a capable, grounded and people-focused Store Manager to lead one of our high-performing regional hospitality teams in Ballina. Hospitality or food service experience is required for this role. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and takes real ownership of both people and performance. About the Role

You will be responsible for leading day-to-day store operations, building a strong team culture, and ensuring high standards across service, product quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. You'll be supported by a passionate multi-site leadership team across the Chicken Mania group, with genuine opportunity for growth as the business continues to expand across the region.
