We are looking for a committed and energetic individual to join our Relay store at Ballina Airport.Offering a wide range of products including newspapers, books, magazines, stationery, and confectionery our Relaystore is a one shop destination to surprise and delight our travellers.

To be part of a team of professionals at the top of their game you will need to have:

Experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills & good with recommending books to our customers

Genuine Interest in reading books and/or having experience working in a bookshop environment.

Exceptional presentation standards

Maturity, initiative, and a sense of urgency

Sales experience will be highly regarded but is not necessary
- we'll train you!

To cater to our travellers' needs, our store is open 7 days a week and as such you will need to be adaptable and available to work on a rotating roster which will include weekends.
