- looking for: **Bar Manager/ Bar Supervisor**

**Floor Supervisor**

**Full-time Contract**

**$70,000 to $75,000 plus superannuation**

Skills required:

- Excellent knowledge of beer, liquor, wine, and cocktails
- Plan, organise, and coordinate a variety of functions and business events
- To be responsible to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, follow recipes and specs for all bar drinks.
- Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Assist other teams members when required
- Be an excellent communicator, dealing with staff, customer & supplier enquires
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality management
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and hold a current RSA
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
