**About You**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, tourism, customer experience, or related fields are desirable.
- Solid track record in product development, customer experience management, or similar roles within tourism or retail sectors.
- Demonstrated success in creating and implementing strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Strong project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple initiatives and transitioning them seamlessly from concept to execution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience in engaging diverse stakeholders and adapting communication styles to various audiences.
- Skilled at using market insights and data to inform strategies and improve outcomes, with a particular focus on the Byron Bay and Gold Coast regions.
- A results-driven, customer-focused leader with the ability to inspire teams, deliver innovative solutions, and achieve strategic goals.
