Responsibilities

Complete the cleaning of the Council’s public administration buildings and gallery according to Council's high standards. Work as part of a small team under a roster arrangement.

Qualifications

Behaviour that positively demonstrates Council’s values of: creative, accessible, respect, energetic and safe.

Proven experience in commercial cleaning.

Demonstrated understanding of hygiene cleaning processes and secure handling procedures for cleaning products.

Proven good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in a qualified and courteous manner.

Proven ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Current immunisation for Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B, or willingness to participate in an immunisation program.

Class C driver licence with the ability to operate a manual transmission.

A base hourly range of $27.76 to $31.86 (plus 12% superannuation and relevant weekend penalty rates and allowances) dependent upon skills and experience.
