About Us Complete Staff Solutions are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our valued Client who specialises in building surveying and certification. About the Role You will be the backbone of the daily office operations, be a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail and possess effective communication skills. Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming/outgoing communications
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls
- Electronic filing through Building Certification Systems
- Compile new Certification and Building Logistics files
- Enter building inspection bookings through Outlook
- Prepare, file and follow up fee proposals Skills and Experience
- Industry experience: Previous admin experience in construction, building, or trades is highly regarded.
- Software proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office and project software
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional phone manner.
- Organisational skills: Strong ability to prioritising tasks and manage time effectively under deadlines. What We Offer
