We are seeking motivated, reliable and experienced Civil Construction Road Labourers and Plant Operators to join our growing team on civil and road construction projects in the Ballina region.

This is an excellent opportunity for hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work, consistent hours, and the prospect to work on a local project.

About the Role:

You will be involved in a range of civil construction activities including: Road construction Earthworks and site preparation General labouring duties Operating civil construction plant and equipment (where qualified) Assisting crews to meet project deadlines Maintaining a safe work setting and adhering to WHS requirements Day and night shift work as required Overtime opportunities available

Essential Requirements:

Strong commitment to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team Robust work ethic Must be willing to undertake labouring duties when required Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours White Card (Construction Induction Card) Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport Valid Australian work visa or work rights required

Applicants with any of the following tickets, and experience are encouraged to apply: Excavator Ticket and operating experience Roller Ticket and operating experience Civil Constructions experience, knowledge and experience in concreting, drainage, and pipe laying Traffic Control tickets (desirable)
