We are currently seeking professional and reliable Security Officers to join our team working across a national Australian retail brand. This role is ideal for guards who prefer daytime work in a retail/loss prevention setting, with a robust focus on customer interaction, presence, and theft prevention.

About the role

Retail security / loss prevention duties

High‐visibility presence to deter theft

Monitoring customer behaviour and store activity

Providing a qualified and approachable point of contact

Liaising with store staff and management

Incident reporting via digital systems

This is a customer-facing role, so presentation and communication are key.

What we're looking for

Valid NSW Security Licence (required)

Well‐presented and professional at all times

Solid communication and observation skills

Reliable and punctual

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

No prior experience required – training and support will be provided for the right candidates.
