Qualifications

Previous experience in a sales‐focused customer service position

Ability to work effectively, individually and in a team

Robust communication skills and personable approach to help create special moments in customers' lives

Versatile availability to meet a seven‐day roster

Responsibilities

Connecting with customers to help them find their unique piece of jewellery

Working alongside other team members to maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising

Keeping product knowledge, policies and procedures updated

Generating sales to meet sales targets and KPIs
