Stock Controller (Ballina)

Ballina Toyota is currently seeking a Stock Controller to join our Sales department. We provide continuous training & development programs to ensure your maximum potential is reached and aim to achieve our goal to become the #1 Dealership Group in Australia. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of new and used vehicles throughout the dealership by:
- Locating sold, retail and fleet vehicles
- Ordering stock vehicles
- Processing vehicle transactions
- Arranging freight for vehicle swaps
- Processing all paperwork for sold vehicles upon arrival
- Performing monthly stock checks To be successful in this role, candidates must:
- Be well organised
- Able to work as part of team
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
