Civil Construction Road Labourers & Operators Location: Ballina, NSW Employment Type: Ongoing casual work Shifts Available: Day & night shift Immediate Start Available We are seeking motivated, reliable and experienced Civil Construction Road Labourers and Plant Operators to join our growing team on civil and road construction projects in the Ballina region. This is an excellent prospect for hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work, consistent hours, and the opportunity to work on a local project. About the Role: You will be involved in a range of civil construction activities including:
- Road construction
- Earthworks and site preparation
- General labouring duties
- Operating civil construction plant and equipment (where qualified)
- Assisting crews to meet project deadlines
- Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to WHS requirements
- Day and night shift work as required
- Overtime opportunities available Essential Requirements:
- Strong commitment to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team
- Strong work ethic
- Must be willing to undertake labouring duties when required
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours
- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Valid Australian work visa or work rights required Applicants with any of the following tickets, and experience are encouraged to apply:
- Excavator Ticket and operating experience
- Roller Ticket and operating experience
- Civil Constructions experience, knowledge and experience in concreting, drainage, and pipe laying
