The Position Working with a team of dedicated and collaborative PA’s and clinical staff, your days will be varied and exciting; driving innovation as they expand further into facial plastic surgery and grow their service offerings. You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations across reception, surgical bookings, and administration workflows including overseeing theatre bookings and liaising with hospitals to ensure smooth surgical planning
- Managing financials: billing (Eclipse, Medicare, TAC/DVA), receipting, accounts, and financial reporting
- Leading and supporting a collaborative team with rostering, performance management, and staff development
- Maintaining and reviewing clinic policies, procedures, and risk frameworks to ensure compliance
- Championing the patient journey — from first contact to post-op — ensuring compassionate and professional care
- Partnering with the Directors on strategic initiatives, practice growth, and innovation About You We are ideally seeking an energetic, detail-oriented and highly personable Practice Manager who loves what they do. You will have:
- Proven experience as a Practice Manager in a specialist or surgical setting
- Strong knowledge of Gentu
- Proficient in surgical billing (Eclipse, Medicare, DVA, TAC/WCA)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A positive, proactive, and professional approach to team and patient care
